The Peregrine

The Peregrine is the largest home on the estate with four (4) bedrooms, four and a half (4 1/2) baths. Off the foyer, there is a large chef's kitchen with prep kitchen and eat in breakfast nook.. Opposite the kitchen is a formal living room with a stone fireplace (gas), formal dining area with wine fridge and bar. Also on the main level, there is a library with desk and tv room / den, also with a stone fireplace (gas).

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a King bed, stone fireplace (gas) in the bedroom with porch overlooking the entertaining terrace. The primary suite bathroom features a freestanding bath tub, marble shower with dual heads, his and her vanities, and private water closet.

The second king suite also has a stone fireplace (gas) with ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub with marble surround.

The third king suite has a King Bed and also a twin day bed, sleeping up to 3 people. It has an ensuite bathroom with marble shower and custom walnut closet.

The fourth bedroom has vaulted ceilings with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower, marble vanity, walk in closet. There are two (2) twin beds and a full size bunk bed above, sleeping four (4) persons.

Outside, the front covered porch wraps around the entry. Off the back covered porch is a swing and lounge chairs overlooking the lake. The entertaining terrace has a firepit, another seating area under a covered roof and dining for ten (10).

Luxury touches: All mattresses are the same bed used by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts with luxury Italian linens by Casa Rovea. Spa inspired amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion) by Lather. Chef’s kitchen with 42” range by LaCanche, convection steam oven by Miele, two dishwashers by Miele, two refrigerator / freezers by Monogram and two ledge sinks by Create Good Sinks.

Rate: Starting at $945/night. Cleaning fee $375 plus taxes.

Events: We do host weddings and events on the property for an additional fee.
