Our private lake creates a beautiful backdrop for large ceremonies and tented receptions on our spacious lawn. With access via a secondary entrance, guests arriving for a ceremony at The Meadow will not get to see The Barn until the reception; a nice surprise that allows the guests to be wow-ed upon arrival to the reception.

Our vintage black barn was originally from Pennsylvania and was relocated to Flat Mountain Farm and is as spacious as it is beautiful. With an open air vibe and serene views of the rhododendron forest, it is an excellent location for seated, buffet-style and heavy hors d’Oeuvres receptions.

The Waterfall is discreetly located into the forest at Flat Mountain Farm, nestled by a small pond , flagstone patio and intimate lawn. It is the perfect location for a small wedding, tented event or exceptional portraits.

Tucked away near our private lake, The Kingfisher is a lovely space to use as you prepare for your big moment. It has all the amenities you and your wedding party need, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a variety of serene indoor and outdoor living spaces.
